Hi! I’m Sarah. And I am SO glad you are here.

For more than a decade, I have worked with Coloradans so focused on doing and becoming that they have forgotten how to give themselves permission to just be.

In therapy, you get to just show up. Be who you are. Not who you think you “should be”. Not who you wish you were. But all of who you are. Every feeling, thinking, messy, raw, complicated human part of you is invited to this party. And I want to get to know them all.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about connecting to you and helping you connect to yourself. It’s a collaboration. A co-creation. An evolving process that responds to your shifting needs. And it’s equally informed by my expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years as a clinician and your lifetime of expertise in being you.

Trail Therapy was made for Coloradans! For those of us who prefer movement and being outside to sitting indoors, Trail Therapy is a proven alternative to traditional talk therapy. It combines the healing powers of nature & movement with the evidence based therapeutic approaches to make sessions powerful and effective
