You've Trained Your Body Now It's Time To Train Your Mind This 6 week Course is designed to give you the skills and confidence to tackle the mental side of training. Using a mindfulness based approach, this course will help athletes to balance seemingly conflicting goals: pushing themselves & showing themselves compassion; pursuing big goals & making room for other parts of their identity; being disciplined & being flexible. You can expect to: Improve mental toughness Learn to take control of your schedule Feel connected to yourself and your goals Strengthen your inner coach Gain emotional management skills Master techniques for combating race day anxieties Included in the $350.00 registration fee: Six, one hour long sessions led by licensed therapist and running coach Private Facebook Group -ask me questions or connect with other group members Downloadable Presentations Resources and Tools Start Date: Wednesday September 7, 2022 6:30 PM MDT Every Wednesday for 6 weeks, ending on October 12th.
